My email has changed
If you no longer have the email address that you used when you first registered you can change your details in the Application Centre.
How to change your email address
The Application Centre is where you applied. Log in using the details you originally provided and click on 'Edit Personal Details'. This will allow you to edit and update your personal details, including your email address and home address. Please note: if you have changed your email address your username will not change.
Alternatively, you can let us know your new email address by completing the support form. You will have to fully identify yourself by supplying at least two of the following: username, password or home postcode. For security and legal reasons we are unable to change any details of an account without proper identification and authorisation. To send an email, go to the Contact Tech Support page. Please note that this change could take up to 48 hours to be completed.
